    celadon lease purchase is a joke like most all lease purchase deals are, I was a lease driver for celadon and payed for my own fuel, and I took home most of all my revenue the biggest one was for 3,500 they didn't like the fact I payed for my own fuel and by me being under dispatch they would try and not give me any loads once they think I've made enough money for the entire week. Hey buddy's over at celadon let me give you some fyi, it's not up to celadon to tell a driver how much he/she can make if you're gonna run a company and offer lease drivers on as a lease owner operator be ready for the real cow driver lol. I appreciate you guys but your company stinks you have lousy dispatch and you wanna keep your lease driver's as a company driver by untilizing their money for your gain such a sad cliché for such a power man Mr. Stephen Russell. Ripping off some poor people that just want have something for his/her family, yeah it's a shame what they pay their company drivers for a company who claims schneider and swift is their competition. Last draw, I asked for my release papers to be moved to another company and they give me the release papers but file in their records that they terminated me what a joke Chris sorry opts mgr. I'm enjoying myself while you are praying to get a better job. I do I pray for you guys at celadon

    Why were you paying for your own fuel? How were you running loads? Were you accepting loads based on destination/weight or the gross revenue?

    Okay - I was just curious...I'm looking at leasing on at Celadon. In my experience the ones who don't make it are the ones who are too picky about what loads they will haul....thanks for letting me know.

    I have talked to several of their lease purchase drivers. The Quality leasing place is right down the street. First let me say I have no intention of leasing with anyone. I just like to keep an ear on the industry. Now like I said I have talked to several of their victims. NONE are happy. They didn't have one good thing to say about the program. Mostly tied to lots of sitting and unable to reconcile the settlements.
