Biggest test pointer is: "relax and just drive the truck". It is not NEARLY as difficult as so many put out. Prep, sleep, drive it like you OWN it and DO IT.

Arkansas was strict. You better nail that pre-trip, but the driving may be fairly easy. If they have any course for backing or anything, just ask questions first so you understand exactly what to do. I attended a trucking school and they were telling us one thing, and we found out later at the dmv that we had to do something entirely different. Don't be afraid to ask the examiner questions. Although I wouldn't ask too many questions during your brake test, because they expect you should already know what to do when it comes to that.

    Good luck.

I wish I could say I would nail it but I know will I miss some things I'm not perfect the things I think I might have problems in the driving part is downshifting I still grind some gears and really knowing the gear to downshift into our instructor at school said that we really only had to downshift one time for most things cause they really just wanna know we know how to do it I know we have to be in 6th gear to go over train tracks and there's a truck stop we pull in too we have to be in 6th gear when we get in the turning lane then 4th before we start turning I really hope I just pass as far as skills I will do pretty go there I'm positive I will pass that the hardest part for me on the pre trips is say exactly what they want you to say word for word
