CB "Gear Keeper" solution for Peterbilt 379 modern cab

Hello all,

I have a quick question about hanging a Gear Keeper mic hanger in a 2007 379 with the modern cab style:



I was in a 2004 before and could mount it directly to one of the screws on the overhead light, but there doesn't seem to be an equivalent point in this cab. Is there another accessory out there that would extend off the CB mounting bracket or out of the cubbyhole on top? Or just something I could buy from a hardware store that could do the same thing?

I have it mounted currently to one of the bolts on the top of the cubby, but it bounces off the trim and I would prefer it hang freely.

Thanks. Is this something available at a truck stop with a more CB-heavy supply? I've combed over the J here to no avall for additional accessories. I'm thinking of just finding some sort of bracket at a hardware store and adapting it.
