Even back in the 70's-80's, 102 FIBERGLASS whips were fairly rare. Now 102' STAINLESS whips were/should still fairly be easy to get, I have seen them around here and there. Their length has always been designed to allow for a 4" heavy duty spring at their base, esp if your going to co-phase them onto a truck. Your total length will be 106" tall from the mount to the tip, when the SWR is perfect on ch-19.

I've not seen one, or heard of anyone mfg them. Radio Shack carries the stainless steel whip --->Model 21-903 @ $27.99

Curious, what have you seen or heard that has you interested in fiberglass?

The old Radio Shack fiberglass whip had stock number 210-0905 (or 21-905); it's possible that a local store still has some in stock. Check with the store.

However, I've broken a few of them over the years; the current steel whip is a LOT stronger.

Oh that makes sense. I think ebay would be your friend.

I run a Cobra 29 with a Palomar 250 Amp and I'm considering buying a 102 inch steel whip. Is there a particular type I need and will one of those work okay with that set up???

Guvhog, your question probably deserves its own thread, but there are at least two things to consider before anyone can make an informed response for you. A 102" steel whip, possibly with a spring or other lengthener, can be the best CB antenna out there, but there are several things to consider about where you mount it. And the amp will need very large gauge wires run directly to the battery, fused appropriately, and such. There are too many variables with the info you've given.
My suggestion would be to repost it in a new thread, and include specifics about the kind of vehicle it would be going on/in.
