Okay, so my antenna seems to be busted but it's a coil whip so I'm not sure how to tell where. My dad gave me one of his old half-breed antennas, but it has a male end whereas my plastic mirror antenna mount is male. I've been looking for a replacement antenna, as this is a company truck and I don't want to make any wild modifications, but can't seem to find an antenna that is a female end. Now, I'm not getting anything in or out on my CB. Does anybody have any experience with these new Kenworth antennas? I know next to nothing about CB radios and have a hard time understanding them.
