Is playing mind games with me.
I use the Cat Scale app (iOS) and use my company's fuel card to pay while on the scale. I weighed yesterday at the Tacoma Loves. The app then displayed my axle weights and a quick glance and all was good and I made a hasty departure out of there without going in for the printed ticket. The ticket numbers were more or less validated by my truck and trailer scales but it turned out to be a 79,500 gross load so I needed to be sure to run half way across the nation.
Later that night and far from the shipper and before bed, I was going through to shut down all the various open apps and when the Cat Scale app came back up, there was a WTF moment ... the feedback confirmation screen was displaying axle weights that weren't what I remember from earlier. I was questioning my earlier eye sight and mental status. I went to my email to view the ticket PDF and was relieved to see the numbers I remembered.
I'm not sure where those numbers came from or when they changed on the app display. So now, I'm wondering if I need to rethink my confidence in the "app system", with all the different layers involved.
Anyone else ever have a bizarre issue using the weigh app?
Did you ever feel the system might have taken numbers from an earlier weigh and assigned them to your weigh?

I've had it happen before on my Samsung. I called cat scale to clarify, they told me that sometimes the app will glitch out if you don't close the app after you scale. They said it's a known issue that they are working on but also recommended verifying the weights on the actual ticket that is emailed or the paper one that's printed out.
