Im posting this to see how many people are replacing or thinking about replacing there injectors, and what you are using be it reman or new or some sort of aftermarket fuel shop atempt ?
what sort of prices are guys paying for them around the country?
and what results you are having?
my personal opinion is we need to keep these older technology engines alive for as long as we can ( or emission standards let us) otherwise the good ol C15 will end up like the 8V92 nealy extinct

I guess I can add to the IPD Injectors as I have testes some.
1st problem was the Trim number doesn't take in a C16 ECM or a C15 ECM.... 1200
2nd they problem is they all have just the 1 Trim number.. 1200
3rd is the quality control was poor on the ones I tested. Rust and some severe corrosion on the nozzles.
4th the Nozzles on the C15/C16/3406E 2113023 Injectors are second hand and very average.
Having said that though there was only about 6% variation between the ones I tested which is quite good compared to CAT. they also trimmed up nicely without me stripping them down so for the cost they were OK..
Would I use them ??? NO!!! not without opening them up and re calibrating them all.
Are they better than CAT new or Reman? YES!! well the sets I tested were at least.
The C12 injectors were much better and all had new tips so I didn't mind those.morehp Thanks this. -

That's what I need to know. How much money is it going to cost me to get a good set of c 15 injectors from Greg.

I prefer to work with old ORIGINAL injectors not New or Reman. As long as they are not to old type with the non tungsten Plungers. Too many isues with reman and New Injectors nowadays. -
Thanks for the info. -
I think there are many options he can do if willing but you pay for what you get and why would he compromise his name and what he does by starting with crap injectors . As when he tears them down he will open up a can of worms and end up costing customer more as bits will need replacing.
