Have a 2013 Cascadia Isx/15 . Dash worked fine last night went to pull out of shop this AM all gauges not working no display of milage . I have extra gauges swap them out nothing.None of the gauges will sweep upon key on. Lights work in cluster and low air warning. I am thinking there must be a module in the cluster that controls the gauges. I also think the driver may have spilled something in the cluster. Thanks

Could be your lightbar. What type of cluster do you have? ICU3 or ICU4?
-
ICU4
-
Match up the CIRC to each one individually.
You could also have one of the daisy chain gauges messing up the data. The speedo head acts as the main gauge that controls everything connected into it and down the line. Those tiny pins can get bent/corroded/bad connection. Try only connecting the speedo head into the light bar and start from there.
QUALITYTRUCK Thanks this. -
Could you stop in at my thread and maybe offer some wisdom?
2007 Columbia low air warning won’t go off. -
Thanks Rocket Man I appreciate the info . I ordered a light bar for Monday . Hopefully thats it lot of money . I have always had problems with a couple of these trucks in the fleet with the Fuel/DEF and oil ga. intermittently fluctuating or the red lights flashing in the ga. Tap on them alot of times they will be OK for awhile. I have been trying to get access to Freightliner's service link but have not been accepted. THANKS AGAIN FOR THE GOOD INFO

Rocket Man can you help me some more. Replaced the ICU light bar most of the dash worked . Did find bad connection at air ga. replaced ga. and the two daisy chain. The problem now is I can't keep the mileage to stay on the display. It will not automatically like before . The driver says he needs to keep pulling it up from the programing of the dash. When it is displayed when you shut truck off and restart it is gone. What is displayed is the amount of miles i think from when I replaced the light bar plus the voltage Any ideas or what else needs to be programmed . I asked Freightliner if there was any programming needed they told me no.

At any rate, that sounds like normal operation. I'm not really clear on what the symptom is exactly--or the problem for that matter. -
The mileage will not stay displayed

Does it keep cycling??
