I don't see anything wrong with what you did. I don't know why these brokers can't answer pertinent questions in a timely manner expecting you to put your business on hold and just accept whatever, whenever. I won't even wait more than 5 minutes for a rate con and I say that upfront. Does 411 have a way to dispute? I would dispute it.

 

Tell them if they don't want to work with you that leaves you no choice but to find your own customers. And follow through with it. Play hardball already. You will actually gain their respect when they realize you aren't screwing around and you are actually doing them a favor by providing good service for their customers. Don't like it? Buy your own #### trucks.

 

All of the brokers have crappy reviews on Dat, yet everybody still works with them.

 

Is insane how this carrier411 work and operate they only listen to one side of the story. I have a police report as well a lawyer letter. I called this carrier411 and spoke to Kim at this # "321 - 286 5171" Ext: 1 and try to explain my self and let them know i have documents that i can provide to them so they can see that report was done illegally to my company by small brokerage company call "LOVE LOGISTICS INC" out of 5057 W BROWN AVE FRESNO, CA 93722. has no clue how this truck industry work. They haven't been in business for to long no wonder they report me ILLEGALLY but soon than letter they will noice it was a bad decision to report my company because am going after them hard. My company is been operating interstate for more than five years never had any report any problem whatsoever for this useless carrier411 put that under my name and they only doing that because they charge brokerage a fee of $100 every month to let people write lies and B.S from carrier. Hopefully the government " FMCSA" put a end to this useless website carrier41. All they doing is causing problem instead of resolving one and they don't care about the reputation of company they only care about the monthly fee they charge to brokerages. #shamecarrier411

 

We are in a situation where a broker sent over the rate con without us confirming if we could do the load or not( Our truck was being serviced). We never signed the Rate Con and we called back hours before the load was due to be picked up and advised that we would not be able to accept the load due to truck still being serviced. the broker said ok. the next day his boss called us and asked why we didn't take the load- we explained to him what happened and he went off on my partner and reported false information on carrier 411. We tried to call carrier 411 and that was a waste of time- we did however responded. This is so unfair that brokers can report false reports and slander names of carriers. how long does this stay on their report? Do you know how long they can keep a false negative report on file? there should be something that we can do to fight this unfair, one-sided mess.

 

Jesus, things must have changed down there the last few years. Several times I have made them unload my truck after they had loaded it. A few times it was after a heated discussion, never ever was there any problem with another broker, sometimes not even with the one that had the load.

I have never heard of 411, must be new as of the last decade.
