Carrier411 is NO GOOD, waste of money,waste of time. 2 guys in their office trying to be someone their not.very hard to talk to,I tried getting a free 30 day trailer they keep asking me same questions over and over ,and would act like im lieing to them for who knows what reason? so i got the 30-day trail,then for some weird reason they canceled my account.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I use different company getloaded.com,truckstop.com,DAT.com those are professional companies,very easy to work with and very helpful and i recently used this carrier411 deal and its a rip off,very bad customer service,worthless service $100 a month? for what? something you can get for free and 2 guys sitting their,posted Huge building on thier website when they just rent out one room and thinking and talking like their big and tuff? lol THEY ARE REALLY A JOKE.

carrier411 charges you $100/month to get companies info,monitor companies, and report companies. You can do all that pretty much for free.They treat customers like their nobody and put you down.I called them to ask them how to use their website,they did not give me much info and asked me why i signed up so i told them i wanted to try them out because i heard about them then they said what i wanted to do i can do it on Truckstop.com so i told them i would definitely try Truckstop.com then started to ask me bunch of strange questions when i answered them they accused me of lieing to them when i did not.they Advertise 30-day free trail i had it for 2 days then they decided to Cancel my trail,i called them next day those same 2 guys are in office LOL What a huge Company anyways i asked them if i don't have the right to use a 30-day free trail like everybody else?They answered me in a very aggressive way they told me "IM NOT GOING TO ARGUE WITH YOU!" these guys need to learn how to treat customers and of course then i learned more about their website and found out it is defiantly worthless,people are wasting their money, Just a Rip OFF.
