I'm kinda confused. On my top bunk there is a cargo net that seems to buckle at the bottom on my bunk and to the sides of my cab.....just wondering if I'm retarted and not looking right but doesn't that block off my bunk? 1451833378512-1920357969.jpg 1451833404106584426043.jpg

It's a safety restraint so your co-driver doesn't come flying out of the bunk into the floor when you slam on the brakes.

It's for the bottom bunk, not the top

If you run solo just take it down and store it under the bunk or mattress

Yeah I've got one of em over each bunk, its a safety restraint. Though the truth is even with it, you'd probably slam your head into the cabinet, but at least you will enjoy your concussion in your bed. And not through the windshield.

Now that I think about it, students could fasten me in so if I wake up to my truck missing its roof, i dont come flying into thier head, and they have 5 extra seconds of time to run.

Yes, it is designed to be a restraint for people. I'm not saying it's a good design, or a good restraint. But that is what it is for.

So, what do you think the co-driver sleeping in the bunk is supposed to use as the legally required safety restraint? The govt doesn't consider gravity or luck to be a safety restraint.

Look under the bed it's where most safety belts end up because most drivers don't use them when they are in a team running down the road which in turn is a volation.
