I am wondering if trucks can transport THC products in states where it is legal. I am talking about having it as cargo, not in the cab / for personal use. Just curious because even though it is legal in half the country, I know the fmcsa is against cannabis and it is still federally illegal. I’m sure Canada has different regulations since it is legal there.

I dont think any one producer harvests enough to need a 53 trailer.
A small cargo van would be enough to stock any store -

I hauled a load of hemp from OR into CA. No big deal but had to go through some paperwork at the CA port of entry.
Paperwork was mainly for letting the receiver know that it had to be quarantined for a certain amount of time.
