PB is flammable but doesn't really work. Brake line antifreeze will make you sorry I promise you. WD 40 works ok and of course that real Lucille starting fluid.

If worse comes to worse, call uber or a taxi & have them bring you a can of ether. Just pay the guy. Cheaper & faster than a wrecker or roadside service.
If they wont go buy it for you, just hop a ride & run get some... ah, ether.
Actually, one of the parts houses might bring it to you. NAPA, Advance & Auto Zone have runners.

I have used spray paint. Turn cam upside down. Anything flammable works.
