So I have a 2014 Cascadia with a blown engine, And it's parked on the street and I have to move it. My question is, since it can't turn on and build air- can I bring another truck and connect the glad hands from one to the other and build air in the blown engine truck, so that I can release the brakes to move it?
Does anyone know if that will work? Thank you
Can I transfer air from one truck to another using the glad hands?

if you’re going to do it this way, make sure the dead truck is the first to have the red nob in and first to be pulled. I think there is a release valve that can be damaged.RockinChair, Flat Earth Trucker and Oa707 Thank this. -
Thanks for the reply, question for you: so if I grab the fittings to fill it directly then what do I use to fill up the tanks with air?
-
Check your air tanks, they may have a valve stem and can be aired up like a tire.

Check air governor, there might be a valve stem to connect a hose, or you might install one yourself
Oa707 and Flat Earth Trucker Thank this. -

If you have 2 tractors connect both red gladhands together. Push in both trailer brake valves to fill. You will have to hold in the valve on the flat truck until you have enuf air for it to stay in. Then release the yellow. You will not have secondary, but you will be able to release the brakes.
