I’ve been working with Amazon for over a year and have no complaints it’s been great. For the past few months I haven’t been getting as much work as I usually do with post a truck or booking from load board. At first I thought it was just slow but all other carriers were still busy. My load board seems to be blocks or not receiving load real time. My performance score is A+ 100% and all my drivers do there jobs very well. I’ve seen first hand other carriers load boards while mine is open with same exact search results and they have all the work I no longer have? Can anyone please help me understand why this is happening?
Can Amazon block a carrier from loads on relay load board?

Maybe they take loads for less money routinely and constantly and consistently.

There is a discrepancy that’s for sure. Between my phone and computer I see different loads.
Amazon does favor some carriers as well but I’m not sure how the metrics work on that as it’s in the back end. Still trying to figure it out.Jed2009 Thanks this. -

Of course we can, we're Amazon, we can do whatever the F we want.Soltaker, lynchy, Val_Caldera and 6 others Thank this. -
Bezos (I know he retired) just paid the Dutch to dismantle a historic bridge so he could barge his $450m yacht through the pass… yes, I’m sure Amazon can do whatever they want on the load boards / with brokers, sadly.

Take it as a blessing in disguise. Before I bought my reefer I pulled Amazon and at first it was great. Then they barely gave us enough time to make it to our destinations so we were forced to take the turnpike and pay tolls. Then they upped the mileage and didn’t budge the pay. Was driving 300+ miles for $750 (plus tolls). Amazon

We need to strike against Amazon for abusing drivers through dum carrier who just care for making money on driver health and time. They consume driver to the last breath. Too much stops and miles and very bad pay
Strike on busy season it is the good time . Let them compensate drivers . -
