I've been researching this, and I find lots of conflicting information. What I can't find is anything concrete that says yes or no. I have an opportunity to make good money transporting 2 barrels at a time, so no weight at all really.
Can a non-cdl holder get hazmat endorsement in Texas?

What is the actual material. -
I don't know what the material is yet. The guy who got the contract with the oil and gas company is going to host a meeting with all the drivers and the owner of the the company to hand out driver packets, provide details, and answer questions. He wants there to be an open line of communication and set all expectations with everyone present before we start moving the materials. This is supposed to be an ongoing thing.
I will reach out to him this weekend though and ask what the material is.
