I have been using this for the last 2 months and have lost 15lbs. It may not work for everyone. I first took a week with my normal diet just to see how many calories I was eating. I put everything on paper. I was eating 3000-3500 cals per day. It was hard at first to cut back to 1900 cals per day at first. The plan is to measure cals by the week, not by the day. I printed the little chart out and have it so I can see what I need to eat for the day. I clicked on the zig zag plan and use the extream count. I stopped eating anything that walks on 4 legs but one time a week. I do not have time to jog, run etc. I take one day off a week to eat what ever I want. Here is the link.

I hope this helps. I am fighting everyday, I can't keep getting bigger and bigger. Best of luck with those with the same problem.

There is also a great free website called "sparkpeople" where you can set up a profile and track calories....they have a huge database of foods you can "plug" into your daily totals to show calories, fat, sugar, carbs, etc.

    VARITHMS Thanks this.
