I didn't even know about this until today and noticed there was nothing posted on this forum so I am posting this as PSA. Apparently all trucks including out of state will have to register in a CARB database ($30) annually and also submit a smog test twice a year to their database (one time for this year)

Carb can suck my lower horn. I refuse to haul so much as a pebble for that hell hole.
That said thanks for the info for those who are still willing to go into that cesspool of stupid.Crude Truckin', MACK E-6, Snailexpress and 10 others Thank this. -
It'll be interesting to me, to see what my company does. We haul dairy occasionally out of there. I imagine it wouldn't be worth the cost when there's alot of trucks.

Where's Jimmy when you need him,,,oh, right, that. Besides, what do you expect from a state that now wants to ban gas flames in restaurants, so it's not just us they're picking on. Just think, clean trucks, no gas fumes in restaurants, it's utopia, man,,

And if you dont agree thats fine! They will happily send legally sanctioned knee breakers to your place to talk "reasonable" sense into you and take everything you own as a small fine for their trouble.JoeyJunk, MACK E-6, Another Canadian driver and 3 others Thank this. -
Do they cover the cost of training, travel lodging, missed time from regular duties and cover the cost of that raise I now demand of my employer. Also let's not forget we now need a backup for in case I am out sick or leave and also if I leave now you need to have someone else trained.
As stated before just refuse to go past enemy lines. If all these companies would just say ## for a little bit how long would they last before they started backtracking. They won't stop pushing unless they are pushed back!JoeyJunk and Another Canadian driver Thank this.
