How much do tomatoes pay? Look at truck paper on line, or some truckstops have them outside

Northern CA, morning star tomato processing plant is about an hour away from me in Williams right off I-5 but they haul their own.

Morningstar would be a good place to apply. Also check out Panella, Mike Lowrie, Button, and just about anybody else in the central valley. Most of them haul tomatoes.
It's a good place to pick up some experience and you'll make a fair amount of money if you stay for the whole season.
Outfits like Lowrie and Button will also pick from their seasonal employees for full time work when the harvest season is over.

    Makes me think about....

Bunny Bread, Duke’s real mayonnaise, vine ripened tomato slices, salt and pepper.

A real pro will eat their ‘mater sammich over the kitchen sink with the juice dripping off their elbow.

Nope. The kind of tomatoes the OP is asking about are usually all canning tomatoes. They're hard as a rock and have very little flavor.
Imagine trying to eat a golf ball...'bout the same thing.
