Does Sysco do hair or urine test? How often do you get random UA's? Reason I'm asking is I like to smoke Marijuana. Period.

I also needs to get into a new career making good money though. So I am willing to quit smoking, even though I think it's gonna suck.

Anybody a regular Marijuana user without giving your identity away? Your tips/experience will help. Thanks.

PLEASE no stuck up, ##### ### goodie goodies that think Marijuana is heroin. Marijuana is a plant that grows from the ground. It's harmless. Get off your high horse america. You, your kids, and people you know most likely do much worse.

Thats a long commute from long beach to walnut. especially after working 12 to 14 hour days. I worked for sysco and it was a nightmare. most guys can't hack it. They hired 5 guys including myself. They kept 2 and fired the other 3. but it doesn't hurt to give it a shot.

I just put in an app. With them. I hope to hear from them, the job posting said during training it is 17.71hr and after training the potential for 255 $ a day.I'm pretty used to back breaking work, I've cut wood since I was seventeen. That would be pretty sweet to land a gig like that right out of the gate. If not, I also wouldn't mind otr trucking.

At Sysco, however, you will get paid for your logged hours, and rather well. It's just that it's a backbreaker. I work with 5 ex-Sysco guys, they all took a paycut to do linehaul at my company and don't regret it.

Does Sysco have recruiters? I filled out an app online, wondering if it's worth calling a recruiter (if they have them) or just be patient.....

how ow long did you drivers wait before you heard back from Sysco ?
