C15 code 94

    hi truckers I recently bout a 07 W900 I started driving it today and the check engine light came on with code 94 any thoughts thank you

    Code 94 is IVA # 5 and 6 that is not responding, current is too high or low.

    Most of the time the plugs going to the solenoids get brittle and loose contact, or could be a broken wire. I would remove the rear valve cover and check the wiring harness or plugs going to the IVA's.

    CAT does sell new and improved plug ends you could install if that is the case.

    Yes it is I have to check ASAP because I’m losing power I believe that may be the problem

    I'm having the same problem is it too hard to change the wire harness to the actuators
