But I was forced to drive this trailer with the tandum conjunction box not mounted and hanging I have emailed and asked with no replies about all this... All in all will a company hire me if I drop this one? Not saying the company is bad but my whole experience has been rancid!

Yep definitely something wrong with that tandem conjunction box.

Do some research before you look into another company

    Nope, you were not.

No one can force you to do anything.
    Just say no.

You have free will. That means that it is you that decides what you will do in any given circumstance.
And you will be held accountable for anything awful that happens while you are driving that rig.
'They made me do it' will not hold up in a court of law.

And I can tell you one thing...

I have been with Swift for nearly 10 years.
They have never tried to force me in any way to drive any equipment that I thought was unsafe.
Or to drive in conditions that I thought were unsafe.
It is only... Shut it down until it is safe, or, a repair truck is on the way to fix the problem.
