Ya I knew that much. I'm a frac hand at another company and they called me for an interview but I can't find anybody who's worked there or any info on pay or schedule.

I had a co-worker here from Texas who was going to go with them when he went back home. I believe he even said someting about overseas. He seemed to speak highly of them. However, every time I have followed advice in the oilfield it usually was crap lol.

This sounds like a pretty good company to work for if you are looking to get into the fracking side of things. They have a yard just south of Sayre, OK along I-40 will a billboard stating they are hiring in case anyone is looking for that type of work.

I met a guy (around March '13) that said they pay $17/hr for frac operators. They work you like a dog. You rebuild the pumps (seats, packing, valves) during the stage! No idea if it is true or not.
No idea what they pay for their coiled tubing operators. -

17 an hour isn't real low for frac. You have to consider that most frac hands get 100 plus hours a week and many of those hours involve riding in a bus or pickup or sitting at the hotel. You should be able to make 80000 your first year in frac. You may be able to make more hauling crude or something but for me I love fracing. I like the work and I love to learn. There's a big future in frac if you have a good work ethic, some intelligence, and some people skills.

I'm not happy where I'm at and I'm trying to go back to the company I was with. The last two place I e worked did two weeks on with one week off and the old one payed you 40 hrs on your week off. The longest period I've been on the clock was probably just shy of 30 hrs straight but that included travel time. We're usually not on location working any longer than 16.
Rockdoctor Thanks this.
