    When I started looking for jobs, I contacted the HR department at C and W. A older guy answered and I explained my situation and asked if they would take me. He said no but talked about other ideas. He did tell tell me companies to try and let him know how it went. At one time he got a call but told the person he was on the the line another driver (me). I know I have not worked for this company but the friendliness was unexpected and he bent over over his back to help me out. His advice led to my current job.

    C&W is basically like the company I work for, Pritchett. They do a lot of trash runs in Florida, they have a frameless dump division, plus walking floors. A friend I work with has a brother that runs for them, makes good money and stays busy. I think you'll find that with these smaller run companies you'll get more of a friendly feeling, I love my job with Pritchett and a lot of that has to do with the support staff in the office always answering the phone and knowing their drivers by name, and not acting like they're trying to rush them off the phone.
