Yes, in Nov 2011 I bought a '05 Century there. Sales was great. Service sucked. The truck ended up being a lemon and I finally dumped it in a trade Feb 2013. I had been getting service at the Norcross location and they were never all that good either. I could write several pages about why to never use their service department.

In their defense, the truck I bought was a 700k mile truck and not covered by their SelecTrucks program, sort of a "certified used" program that offers a better post sale warranty. I'll probably never, ever buy another Freightliner newer than an '03 because Peach State Trucks is my only dealer choice within 150 miles and I know their service department would probably put me out of business on warranty repairs.

Their parts department is tolerable once you figure out who the two people there are that have a clue. Usually get decent parts service from them.

It's sad to say RedForman but I think you described about 3/4 of the dealerships out there.

    RedForeman Thanks this.
