I have found that driver treatment at carriers the size of Bison can have large variations. You might think they are the greatest thing since sliced bread. But a company this size always has a flip side if you get on their bad side. They can be your friend one day & plunging a knife in your back the next.
Be careful on cheerleading for any company because I have seen it leave drivers speechless & regretful when they turn.

That's true, but for the most part, if someone does their job, with a minimal amount of issues, at most companies they will have few problems.

And someone who is looking for problems at a company will usually find them.

Have you ever even touched a gun? Like a real gun, not some plastic thing with an orange tip you painted black.

What mythological world do you live in?

Guns drawn & shoots fired if they fail to pay. Hahahahahahahahahaha.

Your advice would get a guy either dead, or thrown into prison.

They paid on time for me. I don't play well at night, or with big companies was my problem. Oh and definition of well paid differs

Well why wouldn't you read the contract in its entirety in the first place. Being financially successful is work. Wether you are an oo or company driver. Understand your expenses in your business and personal life. Sometimes it sucks but that's the way of it.

Before I went there I remember talking to a few of the turnpike drivers "we make the most in the industry 0.50$/mile" I was averaging over $0.60/mile at the time.
