Bill's Truck Stop - I-85 in Linwood, NC

I was there about 2 years ago most recently. Pretty rustic...but the food was good.

 

I like it.I stopped in a couple of weeks ago and got my oil changed.I grabbed a bite while they was doing it
I went by there today on the way home.
Some years ago there was either a strip joint or cathouse or something like it beside the place

 

Usually stop there once a week. Friendly atmosphere and great food in my opinion. My only complaint is the slow pumps. For me to pump 250gal takes almost 20 minutes, but can get food ordered while I'm waiting. Parking may be a different story at night, but that's almost every place these days.

 

It’s creepy and sucks!

 

I came by Bill`s yesterday and was going to stop and fuel up but I heard several guys on the cb saying the fuel was down so I went down the road to the pilot

 

I liked it when it was pretty right on I 85.
Now you have to swing all the way around the backside

 

I like their old shop for simple repairs and sometimes a tire or two.Rates are better than the other places.
