Try Goldenkeyexpress.com. They haul their own cars , no broker BS.

I wouldn't put a junk car on UShip to get shipped. Why check the DOT and MC number of a carrier, UShip doesn't.

I think ABF hauls just about anything. My daughter used them with their "PODS type" division. That was a flatbed, I think, so they may haul a car inside a van trailer, or something.

Thanks all - I ended up going with one of the brokers who seemed to have legit reviews and BBB ratings. AAA Auto transporters. I realize they will be outsourcing, but if I don't get a pick up notice within a week, I'll try one of the options mentioned here

    I appreciate all the insight!

San Clemente to Austin is a weird route in sure since it's not a major or even tertiary city to leave from.

Thanks! Is that a legit offer for that route? I was quoted $740 from AAA Transporters. They also told me they'd give me a $20 rebate if I wrote them a good review.

I assume no one's picked that offer up yet as they haven't reached out to me.

I have my minimum set at .50/mi per vehicle so it wouldn't have even showed up on my search but that certainly doesn't stop other people. I bet it will move soon, AAA will probably bump the price up after receiving no calls for a while. Just takes the right carrier already traveling that route

I just sent them a note asking them to take it up to 50 cpm - so hopefully it'll show up on more folks searches. Thanks for the insight!
