Go to hobby lobby or other stores that carry bulk foam. And touch, feel sit untill you find a density that works. Purchase a square. remove the cushion from the seat with Only 2 bolts and pull any air supply hose. take it home. through the seat cover in the wash and carve the new foam matching the old one. It's not as hard as it sounds. Also every mfg of seats sells replacement cushions a lot cheaper than missing a day of work. If you use something every day buy the best there is.

    I use the purple

not always but some times I use it and some times I don’t

depends on how sore my buttocks get

And I have a special t shirt rolled up with a couple rubber bands around it as a lumbar support .

If the company is aware, and you have said nothing recently. I imagine there is a duty of care to provide a safe work environment. Hi vis shirt is no different to a decent seat, especially if that's the job, driving. I'd go get a few days off sick leave from a doctor regarding back pain if possible. Just casually mention the seat has been the cause for a while now, and you could no longer hang in there for the company. The pain is too great. Perhaps the company will get the hint.

So is the company responsible for providing a custom seat to every driver that does not like the stock seat in the truck?

Get real. It will never happen.

Of course not, but if the standard seat is broken or collapsed, I would think the company has a responsibility to replace the seat. Is a buggered seat any different to bald tyres or poor brakes? Maybe it's different in the US.
