Fresh out of cdl school, have my CDL A w/ NT endorsements, looking to go into a mega to get my first year experience.
I’m mostly interested in which pay the best starting out, I understand the pay eventually comes down to how hard I run but that’s something within my control. I understand having to pay my dues & bite the bullet but I’d like to be paid the best that I can(understanding I have no experience) while doing so & not be taken advantage of.
Been looking into companies like Werner, Roehl, Swift, Schneider, Prime, Western Express, US Xpress, USA Trucks etc.
Any information, opinions, or advice would be much appreciated.

It was 200 hours.Chinatown Thanks this. -
Great, 200 hr. school and good endorsements.
Leonard's Express will hire you. Leonard's has a terminal in Hickory. Can do regional or coast to coast and Pacific Northwest.
Of those you listed I'd put USA Truck as a first choice, among those.
North Carolina is an excellent state for truckers.
