    Best job in Portland Oregon is McCracken motor freight. I love working here. There is nothing like it. Sometime drivers leave they all come back that how great it is here. You could not ask for a better staff the dispatch team works around the clock just to make sure everything is going smooth so there is no problem for the drivers.

    Best? Not even top 5. Milking old trucks = 35.3% of DOT truck inspections result in OOS (Avg is 20.2%). Average driver rating on Indeed is 3/5, unless you're talking about the last two years then it drops to 2/5. Overall employee ratings have been dropping - 2017 4/5, 2018 3/5, 2020 2.67/5. Their 42 drivers turned 1,168,668 miles in 2019 (most recent data available) or 27,825 miles per driver. They'd have to pay >$3.25/mi at that rate to beat what I made last year.
