Two trips. Both are hazmat. What are the best routes? Thanks in advance.

First trip is from Raleigh to Fredonia NY (50 miles sw of Bufffalo). I've never pulled hazmat through PA before.

Second trip is from Raleigh to Elmira NY (60 miles west of Binghamton). It is hazmat also.

    1st route with tolls:
    I-40W to I-40B/US-421N,
    I-40B/US-421N to Exit 6B US-52N,
    US-52N to I-74W/I-77N Wytheville,
    I-74W/I-77N to I-77N,
    I-77N to I-64W,
    I-64W to exit 48 US-19N,
    US-19N to I-79N,
    I-79N to I-90E Buffalo

Non toll route has you running up I-95N to the I-495N around Washington, to the I-270N, run that till it links up with I-70W. Take the 70 to I-68W, then take 68 to I-79N till you hit I-90E. Ride the 90 till you hit your town.

The thing about PA is that they don't let you run hazmat through the tunnels on the I-76 turnpike.

The toll route would be the fastest. Takes forever to go across 68.

What's the hazmat? Are there any hazmat restrictions to the tunnels on 77 on the first route posted?

No reason to be on any toll or restricted tunnel routes...to Elmira.85-95...495-270-15-86(ny17)
Going same way to buffal2adds bout 35 miles from pc miler routing but much better running....if u need to follow the (imho) poor pc miler routing....there is no reason to get on pa like for the 1 exit breezewood to Bedford...since 30 runs adjacent to pike thru there and it is all 4lane w/no restrictions thru there....up to you
