BEST FL COMPANY TO START DRIVNG FOR (NO EXP)

I am a recently acquired CDL Class A Driver am based out of Tampa Bay Fl.
I am looking to start driving and am looking to drive for a company that pays new drivers decently with no experience, longevity won't be an issue as I am going to become an O/O quickly, I just would like decent pay while getting experience under my belt. Home time is not an issue as long as i can get a few days a month I am fine.

 

It says minimum 6 months experience, (not sure if its a absolute must) and do you have any idea what the process is? orientation etc.. and pay?

 

Thanks for your reply LumbraX its greatly appreciated, yea I'm looking for most bang per mile as my goal is to become an O/O as soon as my son gets his CDL and we will team drive. But he's got commitments till end of may he needs to hold up.
