    Can any of you expediters that are currently running straight trucks give me some honest feedback on companies your leased on with ? I'm located in NM and wondering which company would have the best freight in and out of my area in the southwest.

    Any input is appreciated.

    Hi Lug-Nut,
    I also am looking for the same information that you are. I drove a "big truck" for three years for a company and am currently looking to run a straight truck. Looking hard at a 2007 Freightliner M2 106, has a 4k lb Thieman Lift Gate, a Reefer Unit. Has quite a few miles, over 700k.
    On a side note I live in Edgewood,NM

    Seems getting loads in and out of our area is a bit of a challenge. Doesn't seem to matter whether it's, expedited, truck & trailer or even dump truck work. Albuquerque is certainly a different world moving freight in and out. Seems to be freight all around us (Phoenix, Denver, El Paso, etc) just not anything getting a load out or back in.
