    Trying to find somewhere better than where I'm at. I'm currently driving for a carrier that only does dry van and doesn't have their own customers. The pay over here is 78% but it ain't enough. Ain't having much luck only having the Dat board at my disposal for finding loads to haul and I'm not really liking this so called struggle. Really wanting to get back into reefers. Can anybody help me out please and thank you?!

    Just a down period. It really dont seem to matter which trailer you pull these days.

    Not all about percentages. You could be taking home more with a company getting 75% than 90%. But if you want more money, got get more specialized. Dry van & reefer are near the bottom of the totem pole

    Probably this time next year if I had to guess. There are too many trucks on the road. Once enough companies go out of business and quit then truck count will go down and and rates will go back up. Supply and demand is out of wack right now.

    Not sure where you live in MO but Certified Express out of Neosho is a good place. Fortune Transportation out of Windom, MN, I was leased on there, is outstanding and they hit Springfield and Carthage a lot.

    If you’re looking at just the percentage you’re looking at the wrong number. You need to look at what the guys leased on are getting to the truck. I’m getting 73% plus fuel surcharge pulling a pneumatic and I’m pretty happy with that.
