I have 6 months experience with Swift, drive a manual, no accidents, MVR, or any issues like that.

Can anyone suggest a company with good overall pay that is:
    - OTR (or dedicated, etc, as long as I can live in the company truck, saves money on housing costs and time)
    - Solo (don't like team driving)

I'm considering Prime which pays 46 cpm with a lightweight truck and 48 cpm tanker. Anyone know of any good paying companies that would be a decent choice?

Any location in the US, I can relocate if necessary. I currently have my stuff in storage in CA but rarely need to go by.

Jim Palmer Trucking pays .40 cpm + .05 cpm fuel bonus = .45 cpm and can run coast to coast. Trucks set up right for driver comfort including Tripac APU.
    K&B Transportation - .45 cpm + guaranteed minimum weekly pay of $1125.00
Trimac Transportation - hire new grads sometimes and once you have 24 mos driving experience might qualify for their Elite Fleet; those drivers can make well over $100K.
Danny Herman Trucking - cpm not as high, but runs are long usually over 1200 - 1400 miles. No northeast or New York City. Trucks have Tripac APU. They have two facilities in southern California and other terminals across the USA.

Jim Palmer won't hire him. They take either brand spanking new without a cdl or 18+ months experience.

What's wrong with staying at swift? Look and see if they can put you on a dedicated account that pays more. That's what I did at my company. Went from 34cpm to 39 cpm with a phone call. Then my most recent phone call I went from .39 cpm to .50 cpm.
