You’re absolutely right! it was a wrecked truck with broken windshields.

One more question, the trailer abs which is wabco shows blink code 6, which is ye2 sensor. The sensor shows 1200 ohms at the connector by wheel and at the ecu in trailer, as well as 5V coming out of the ecu. What could be the problem?

Not a heavy trailer guy so I'm not sure as far as common failures.

Switch your meter to AC. Graph it if you can and rotate the wheel end to check the signal at the ECU. You resistance is in spec for most WSS I see.

Is there a tone ring on the hub?

I just fixed mine, same code. I simply pushed sensor in, against the tone ring. Used a 1/2” extension and a hammer. They suggest a wooden stick. So as to not damage wiring, I suppose. But it worked. On a 2 sensor system, Code 6 ye2 sensor is on passenger side, if the plugs on Ecm/ valve are facing towards the front of trailer. If facing to the rear, it’s on the drivers side.Theres Other configurations, 4 sensor, etc. But you got power, so it’s got to be sensor related. Either it’s not close enough to tone ring or it’s bad.

Thank you. Something was up with that sensor even though it showed normal resistance and pushing it in closer to the time ring didn’t fix the problem like it did for the other wheels. Bought a new sensor and no codes

If you wheel end sensor needs to be pushed back to tone ring repeatedly in a few days. Check your bearings. They could be loose and the minor wobble pushes the sensor away.

I had a sensor that kept sliding away. The problem was a worn out clip that holds it in place. Another problem could be a bent tone ring.
Good to hear you fixed it.

Thanks yea that’s certainly a problem with vibration. I had another truck with wheel
wobble from a bent rim and you could almost predict when that sensor would back out and the ecu would report a problem
