Hammer if its too bent youll need to get a new bar or maybe your terminal can take a bar off one of their old trks.Maybe have another driver help bend it back in place.

Picked up a trailer or two with a mud flap bent into a tire . the 2x4x8's laying around broke.. may have been a cheap grade.

One of those ratchet straps you can use if you have e track. Wrap around what you want to pull back. Wrap around ICC bar or landing gear...something sturdy. Force it to go where you want it to so you can carry on to a place you can have it properly repaired.

use of the tractor for tension works as long as you don't go to far.

I was more thinking use the ratchet strap to bend it then remove strap. If the metal can be bent by hand and stay where you need it you are either one bmfd or the metal is not very thick.
