Is it true that beet juice will lower your bp if you drink it the night before a bp test? Since i'm borderline pre hypertension 130+ over 87-91 i would think if it works i would pass no problem.
I also just read online that when they test your bp if your back is not supported in a chair your numbers can go higher by 5+. So i will make sure i sit in a chair with a back support.

Maybe get pickled before you go in? Thins the blood, therefore lower pressure......

Take 1 or 2 asparin a day for a week before will help lower it . And lay off the caffeine too.

Anything under 140/90 is good for a two year card . You should be good if you don't jack it up by stressing over it .
BTW , its really cheap to see a doctor and get on the meds . Mine are $4 each (2 prescriptions ) at Walmart . The doctor visit and blood tests cost less than $200. -
