Hello all. I'm reading about these aftermarket beaded seat covers, and one of the big things they are claiming is that they decrease fatigue and increase alertness on the road. Does anybody have any experience with that?

Only if you drive naked and a couple of beads have cracks in them.

I honestly didn't even know people used these anymore. Haven't seen a pair since my old man had them in his Delta 88 back in the day. Maybe they do help with fatigue, I can't say for sure since I've never used them but a lot of the newer drivers chairs are pretty ergonomically designed to reduce stress and fatigue. All I really need is a good night sleep, some fresh air, water and a little bit of music to stay awake.

I've used them for a long time, and wouldn't want to drive without them. They create space between you and seat, so you don't sweat. As far as other benefits, its just bs.

We bought a set back at Quarles on RT 29 several years ago. Have had several of them and they are easy to sit on, help with staying cool. I think it would help with some of the fatigue of just sitting so much. Now if you could just find a good set, some are cheaply made so good luck.

I use one and have for years and although i can not comment on the other listed virtues,i can declare that you sweat less and the seat is cooler. I use one all year long.
