Most likely YES !!!!!!!!!

 

Basically, precedent HAS been set in these matters and YOU are responsible for YOUR posts, not us! IF you post libel against another person or company without PROOF...you CAN be sued and YES the FBI can find you even with just your e-mail; so make no mistake that YOU are responsible for what YOU say in a public forum.

Basically, use common sense and post ONLY what you KNOW to be the truth and can PROVE it.

In my search for carriers to consider, I zero in on posts about carriers I've never heard of, looking to find a diamond in the rough I guess. Bhandal Bros ain't right, they just ain't right. I can't imagine how they will stay in business unless they unload the drivers that helped them to a 90+ DriverSEA (and that's an improvement over earlier scores!). Even though it's a DriverSEA that sucks, it still speaks volumes about company management that will hold on to non-compliant drivers...not to mention hiring them in the first place.

 

heh- nah, that just means they need to get somebody new in HR. Really, the rest of the company is way cool. They provide TWO ACUs per truck, and a 110 inch LCD TV on the ceiling, so it's easy to watch lying down. Even better, they bring fuel to you when you need it, saving you the hassle of looking for those impossible to find truck stops!

I won't mention the daily catered meals - you probably wouldn't believe that one.

Well if they were trying to run you illegal you should have got them on tape and went to the DOT instead of bad mouth them in a text message. It would have been more effective.

Here"s my terrible experince with Bhandal Bros. I was under mutiple loads for two weeks and not paid for any of them, until I filled a compliant with the labor board and recived my pay 3 months after the fact! Not to mentioned False accusations fule thefts upon termation. Currently in litagation, if you like horror stories then be my guest.

 

most of us dont have much if any proof even when we're telling the truth though
