    HI on november 2021 i was driving for WERNER , 9pm and a pick up truck cut me off and starts slow me down from 60mph to about 15mph , second time i called 911 while on the phone the pick up driver point me with a gun , all this with no reason at all , i was on the right hand cruising at 60mph all the time , after the gun he try to pass me on the right shoulder , the shoulder got narrow and he touch my truck leaving some tires marks, nothing major , police arrived and after a few i was free to go , WERNER blame this on me just because i didn't take an exit to avoid , i call safety and i explained there was no exit at the moment, after going back and forward i quit on December 22, they call me on December 27 to fired me , and they put this was my fault on driver IQ, now not able to find a job no where bc this report , im not the first person i called department of labor and we will need a few more drivers that experience this for them to investigate and probably sue them

    Well, assuming this isn't going to be a troll one-and-done, the only thing pulling off at an exit would have done is make you a stationary target for a man with a gun.

    In my experience, safety departments are a joke. They don't care about your safety at all. They are a puppet controlled by insurance companies who will give the company insurance discounts for the dumbest reasons.

    You have a police report and your attorney can subpoena the dashcam footage. Your life was being threatened and you were discharged for not taking an exit as a preemptive measure to avoid further problems. Your case alone stands on its own merit. Good luck
