Following FCRA rules all HireRight has to do is have US Express "verify" the validity of their report. They, and any credit reporting bureau, do not make any judgement as to the accuracy of what they report. You can get an attorney to sue if you can prove the information is incorrect but it is not easy.

There’s nothing on my DAC or MVR reports those are clean. The “violation of safety rules” is coming up under my employment verification apparently

I can't speak for all companies, but I found out that the forward facing cameras used do NOT stay on. It takes an "event" to trigger them. This is really a terrible idea. I thought only driver facing cameras operated this way. I would caution all drivers for your own protection to find out how your cameras work. Seems it took a hard braking or being hit, etc., to trip these cameras. If you have an ongoing problem with someone playing games with you for a few miles it will never show up and people won't get the entire picture. I can't go into details due to litigation, but a full time camera would have avoided this problem. I still can't believe they did not operate this way. It was explained to me these are monitored by a 3rd party and they only review events triggered by whatever parameters are set. Pure insanity.

Might be on your PSP and by now probably on your DAC. going to take longer then 6 months to clear, its going to take 3 years. Go find a company on Craigslist who doesn't use dac and dont volunteer any unnecessary info to them.

Actually the cameras are recording continually. Events trigger a period in time to review, both before and after the trigger for a defined amount of time in either direction. It’s the continuous operation that allows going back before the trigger event. Overall, the continuous recording will be over written at a defined point so the space does not run out.

Companies may or may not have policies governing what the look at, events or random. But be assured they have the ability to review any of the data up until it is over written.

Try Raven Transport in Jacksonville. I know two people who got hired by them with a less than desirable history, including getting fired for running stop signs. I don't know if that still applies today but it's worth a shot.

You may believe that but I can tell you with 100% certainty it's not true. I called dispatch 10 minutes after my encounter, and alerted them. The head of safety called 30 minutes later and told me to reach up and trip the camera, that is hold the button down until the green light came on. I did this twice. They were never able to get the data. I find this incredible. Not every camera company works the same. They use a 3rd party. I asked why it wasn't on 24/7 and looped back over itself after a day or an hour, and could never get an answer. The only thing I was told was that it took an "event" to start it recording, such as braking or impact.
