These 9 "carriers" are double brokering loads. They have numerous 411 alerts for double brokering, and all of the drivers and dispatchers are the same for each company. Digging now into the sec of state websites and cross referencing all of the insurance docs, vin#s, BOLs, etc, etc. If anyone has anything to and would like to post/message me feel free. I will update as i gather more documentation on the scam.
