Show up at Adesa in Little Rock on truck sale day, wait for me to pull up in your dreamboat 2.0 tractor trailer.

Raise your hand with bidder number and hollaw AYUP! when the auctioneer chants a asking price you like to pay for that dreamboat.

Drive same home after you pay the auction house, get title to vehicle etc.

Go to iron planet dot com. Sign up. See all sold trucks and prices. See all upcoming online or in person auctions. Go look at truck, bid online or in person

Depends on what auctions your talking about?
Most manheim and adesa auctions are registered dealer only auctions.
This means you have to be a licensed dealer with bank floor plan backing to buy at them and no general public access.

True for most auctions. About once a month casts offs and unwanted cars are gathered and the public allowed to come in for a couple hours. Most dealers know enough to avoid "Dumping" cars or simply do not participate too much of those auctions on thsoe specific days.

Bring cash or a bank letter guaranteeing funds and find a public auction. Mannheim's heavy truck auction in Orlando is open to the public, I'm sure others are as well. Ritchie Bros, US Auctioneers, etc are as well. I've found public auctions to be a waste of time. I've seen a few outrageous deals, but for a majority that I've seen, they sell at near truckpaper pricing with all the drawbacks of an auction.

Not necessarily. Once in a blue moon a particularly nice tractor will sneak across the block to some overjoyed lucky ####### of a buyer bidding 7000 dollars for it all alone because it's raining out and people will not be bothered to stand in the cold and rain to fight you over that pretty pete once in a while. They then turn the rig around and resell at 50,000 and up due to the hysteria over the Elogs that threaten to choke the industry like a crybaby holding it's fugitively speaking breath until it passes for blue towards purple.

Even online auctions. I bought mine on Truckpaper's online auction. I put in a high bid that I didn't think would be enough, and I got it for $3,300 less than that. Yes, the truck had a whole bunch of minor things, but not much worse than other trucks I've bought. On the whole, a solid truck for less than 1/2 of what I think I could sell it for right now.

There was a red over white 379 extended hood set back axle full sleeper standard frame Pete with I estimated to be a full 600 cat under the hood. If you stood there and heard the jakes cut in after a sufficient throttle applied, the individual sound of the valves themselves are like big bells in the church steeple. 4 bells to a cylinder and 6 of them in total. So many bells on that engine when you kick the jake in. whooo doggie.

That one sold for 32K flat. I should have bought the #### thing myself. I drove it and understood that truck very well. What a beauty. It's better to have loved and lost than to sit there crying about something that was not you'rn in the first place LOL. 13 double over, 3.85 ratio back there, and plush every where suitable for cats.
