ASF (American Seaway Foods) Bedford OH

I've dealt with these geniuses recently. They were the last stop on a 3 stop load of flour. Had a 6am appointment time, arrived at 5:45. Was told to go park and wait for a phone call. 3 hours later the security guard is pounding on the side of my truck screaming at me to get a move on, we've been calling you for 20 minutes (my phone didn't ring or show any missed calls). I get assigned a door and wait... And wait... And wait. Roughly 6pm the light goes green and they give me back my paperwork. The best part of all this? My employer payed these turds $140 to unload the 4 pallets of product they were getting. For those of you keeping track that's 10 hours to unload 4 pallets. On top of all this after they up cut me loose and I park outside the gate to get my logs squared away and accept the preplan I get a phone call from their security people asking why I was still on the property 10 mins after being released. I won't be going back there again.

 

I hated that place when I last delivered there in 1997.... Thank god I never had to deliver to that hellhole since....those idiots working at that dump of a grocery warehouse are so stupid if gun powder were brains they couldn't blow their own noses.
