Artur Express not a good place

At 1st it was great here. Then after 90 days you get a new dispatcher. Then you see the real company. They are a polish owned company and if you are from Poland you don't get the same treatment. You get the best loads higher paying loads. And God forbid if you accidentally pickup a polish drivers load the reaming you'll get. But if he gets your load it's ok someone double booked. Payroll after 90 days can't seem to find your paperwork or oops we made a mistake. You have to watch your settlement sheets close. What finally broke me wasn't the fact that my best friend of 25 years died and as I passed thru the office in St Louis that's 5 hours from my home I was told we get you right home from Ohio. They did after threating to bobtail home. But I stayed until I was going to Phoenix and a trailer tire blew in between Santa Rosa NM and Tucumcari NM. 3 hours later I'm running but now I'm 3 hours behind. I let them know I'm behind. Ok we take care of it. I get to my delivery 2 hours late they take me. My next load I pickup in California but wait no deadhead. Call dispatch he says I'll see about it and call you back. At 5 I call him back he left. Other dispatcher says they're not paying me deadhead because I was late. I explain why he ask a manager manager says he will take care of it. The next day I ask about it oh we give you 150 dollars. Well let's see 380 mile deadhead at 1.26 a mile yep that figures about right. If you can't count. Pulling my truck. Good luck if you go here.
