They are an owner operator company that charges 28% + 3% for a so called maintenance account. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to work here they try to nickel and dime you. Which i heard from other sources that you never get your escrow back or maintenance account money back. They operate under a different company to broker out loads can’t recall the company name. One driver told me that the company is not doing good financially which makes sense. BE AWARE!!!!! I WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY ATT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!

 

This is my experience with these folks. I wasn’t there very long, but long enough to see the writing on the wall.

There being run by a very very weak male, he’s the son of the actual owners. His poor decisions have had the company in financial distress multiple times. He actually went on the Asian Mi show to talk about it.

They have cut a lot of trucks, disbanded their flatbed operations, the one Becca was working for, with no warning.

They have a façade of being a family company, but the toxicity there is off the f’ing scale! Wow! I was truly impressed by the pure dysfunction! (Lol) The safety lady is the little guard dog for the weak son’s wife… geez! ..and she’s from California, so you know she’s a control freak. She’s like a demon in the background, playing the puppet master of the little guard dog safety lady (Lol) and she’s just completely powerless and pointless in her antics. (Lol) I could go on an on about this bunch, but I’ll spare you.

It’s like a revolving door, but once you get your sanity back your out of there, or you COMPLY and they’ll throw a few pennies your way. Save yourself some money before signing up with them and save your money while working for them, because they will save themselves 1st and leave you hanging in the wind.
