Its happening because those folks are breaking an already existing law,not because no law exists like the article suggests.

It’s nothing more than a racist move under the guise of “Safety”.

Not like Arkansas had a problem to begin with otherwise they wouldn’t have used the Colorado accident as the reason for the bill.

Remember, it's widely assumed that if you don't look like you're from here, that you can't speak and understand English. Perhaps those folks are bilingual? So you should be expecting a very long list because multilingual immigrants get cdls all the time. I wonder if people realize that it is really not that many drivers out here that don't speak English. It's still an overwhelmingly American dominated industry.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't that driver able to speak English? It really isn't pertinent information, because that wasn't what caused that accident.

It’ll go no where. If for no other reason than Canadian drivers and impeding interstate commerce. Don’t get me wrong. Something needs to be done. These foreign drivers are flooding the industry and I would appreciate some help from my government. Especially since they created the whole #### mess.

Don’t think it’s overwhelmingly any longer. Probably still a majority, but not overwhelming
