Arkansas is banning non citizens from driving truck unless

I’d say let’s confiscate all non-US trucks and sell them at auction, Lock up the non-US drivers and throw away the keys. That will raise rates.

 

About time this starts to occur..

Half the people in Arkansas aren't proficient in reading and writing English.

 

Meh.....there will still be trucks in the ditch. There will still be distracted drivers. There will still be texters. There will still be accidents on CDLLife. There will still be vastly under-trained drivers (the biggest issue in the industry in my estimation). Sure folks from other countries may not have English as their first language, but most Americans don't understand English unless it's on Instagram.
